The lessons progress from lesson 1 (this lesson) onwards. The search only works in pinyin or Chinese.

You can try out the wordbank on the CLO site: http://www.chineselearnonline.com/word-bank/ to search from English.

How to use these lessons in a sensible order is not seeming obvious to me. For example, I would like to be able to search for the pinyin word by typing the English word first, and then be able to see the traditional Mandarin character and the stroke order of how to write it.
